2015 Track Season Starts for the Timing Crew on March 28, 2015

Avon LakeIts hard to believe but the track season is just a few weeks away.  The Timing Crew will start this years season at the Avon Lake Invitational.  Please note that this meet has been moved up a week on the calendar because of the Easter weekend. Next year it will revert to the first Saturday in April. We will have live results which can be accessed on any Smart Phone with internet access. We will have a link on this site as we get closer to the meet date.

Look forward to seeing all the brave fans who will most probably have to wear their long johns to this one !

The Timing Crew Will be at Austintown for the Division 1 and 2 Regional Track Meets

The Timingcrew will be at Austintown Fitch High School Wednesday and Friday for the NEO Division 1 Regional Track Meet. Wednesday’s meet starts with Field Events at 5 pm with Running Events Semi-finals and 4 x 800 meter relay finals starting at 5:30 PM. Friday the Field Events will start at 5:00 PM with Running Events Finals at 6 PM.

The Division 2 Regional Track Meet will be Thursday with Field Events at 5:00 PM and Running Semi-finals and 4 x 800 meter relay finals at 5:30 pm. Saturday, Field Events will start at 11:30 AM, with Running Events Finals at 12:30 PM.

We will have live results during both of these meets.

Timing Crew Schedule for Week of May 19 – 24

The Timingcrew will be at Poland on Monday May 19 for the 102nd Mahoning County Middle School Championship. Wednesday will start district competition at Austintown Fitch for the NE D1 District meet. Then to Salem for the D2 district meet on Thursday. Look here for live results during the meet and final results after each day’s competition.

Louisville Boys, Girls Win Northeastern Buckeye Conference Track Titles

 

Louisville Boys and Girls won track titles at todays’ Northeastern Buckeye Conference Titles. The boys scored 152 points to 2nd place West Branch (107.5). In a very close contest, Louisville girls scored 107.5 to edge Carrollton 106.5 to win the title. Taylor Thompkins set two records; the 100 in 12.33 and the 200 in 25.82. Abbey Wilson of Carrollton set a new record in the shot put with a throw of 40′ 11″. Complete Results

Conference Week

The Timingcrew will be at Austintown Fitch Monday, May 12 for the All American Conference Red Tier Middle School Championship. Tuesday, we will be at Canfield for the All American Conference Varsity Red Tier Championship. Wednesday we will be at Poland for the All American Conference White Tier Middle School Championship.  Finally, Friday we will be at Salem for the Northeastern Buckeye Conference Championship. We will have live results for all of these meets.
